Our growing company is seeking a smart, well-rounded Technology Associate on the Network Operations Center (NOC) team. The Technology Associate is responsible for first response and replying to open tickets and inquiries that come into the technology desk. The Technology Associate must have the ability to identify, organize and resolve tickets according to priority. They must also possess working knowledge of technical logic and methodology to run computer systems.
