Overview

Crius Energy is seeking an analytical problem-solver to join our team as an Operations Analyst. The Operations Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining reports through heavy data analysis. As needed, the Operations Analyst performs root cause audits to identify issues and work closely with other team members to resolve data discrepancies and develop system improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary Operational auditor.
  • Monitor enrollment related EDI transactions which include new enrollments, drop transactions & tax/ tax exemption confirmation to ensure that we provide the appropriate Customer Experience and comply with all state regulations.
  • Handle several complex projects at a time, which requires coordination of resources from other departments.
  • Monitor and report system errors that could potentially lead to misinterpretation of data.
  • Work closely with other team members to resolve any data discrepancies and automate reporting systems.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Pricing and Rates teams to understand market offers by state and Customer segment.
  • Perform heavy data analysis from multiple sources.
  • Create and maintain reports and metrics required to provide overview of the business flow by gaining an understanding of reporting goals.
  • Create new metrics on demand as requested by managers and executives.
  • Utilize analytic skills to resolve customer service inquiries related to enrollments.
  • Support ad hoc projects and business activities as needed.

Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent work experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills including the ability to perform advanced functions.
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, in order to be able to work effectively with other departments.
• Ability to stay focused on tasks/goals and seeing projects through to completion.
• Ability to solve problems and proactively seek improvement opportunities.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. now and in the future without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B visa status)
