Our growing company is seeking a smart, well-rounded College Student to join our Human Resources department in the Summer of 2018. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing company where being an Intern is more than just a job!


The Human Resources Intern may have exposure to several HR functional areas such as recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, wellness programs, Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and general administration. The goal is to provide the Intern with a diverse experience where their skills and knowledge of the Human Resources operational role are enhanced.


  • Support HR team members through the lifecycle of recruiting, onboarding and rewarding new hires.
  • Data entry and analysis of HR related information.
  • Assist with planning of wellness programs and activities.
  • Support ad hoc projects.
  • Work on corporate project with other Interns with a summer-end deliverable.


  • Rising Senior or member of a MBA program currently enrolled at a College or University.
  • Human Resources or Business majors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills.
  • Good verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage the work.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Multitasking skills.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. now and in the future without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B visa status)
